The parents of the Pace University student shot to death by police met with Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore yesterday. The district attorney and the attorney for Danroy Henry?s family would not comment on the visit.

Earlier in the morning, Henry?s parents had asked a judge to release surveillance video of the chaos from the night their son died.

Henry was shot and killed by police outside a Thornwood bar last month. Police claim Henry sped off and hit two officers, but witnesses say officers just started shooting.
