A partially clothed body was discovered Tuesday floating in a Spring Valley stream.
Police say a man?s corpse was found by a passerby in a stream behind an apartment building on Columbus Avenue. According to authorities, the man is black, believed to be in his 30s or 40s and was wearing just underwear, a long-sleeved shirt and socks. Police are deeming the incident suspicious but are awaiting autopsy results.
The stream where the man's dead body was found dumps into a creek at Memorial Park, which is a popular spot for families and kids.
