Poughkeepsie police responded to the Red Oaks Mill area last Friday for reports of a man trespassing.

Officers say they found Ramon Carvajal.

Carvajal is believed to be the man who had burglarized a home on New Hackensack Road in August.

Carvajal was charged with burglary.
