2ds agoA 22-year-old man was arrested after he stole a car in Hillcrest on Friday.
Police say the car was spotted missing from where it had been parked last.
Detectives stayed in the area until the suspect later returned to the vehicle.
The suspect was arrested and charged in previous cases from the last few weeks.
