Police
say Grant Shan is charged with first-degree
arson for throwing a Molotov
cocktail inside a Chinese restaurant last night on Broadway
in Kingston.
Authorities
say no one was hurt and so far, it’s not clear what prompted the incident.
The
violence in Kingston comes on the heels of an unrelated, fatal shooting
Thursday - that killed a 12-year-old girl and wounded her 9-year-old brother.
