2ds agoA Yorktown Heights man is facing numerous charges for driving while intoxicated with a 14-year-old inside the vehicle.
Police say Alberto Pimentel Garcia, 41, appeared intoxicated after a trooper stopped him on East Main Street in Cortland on Friday night.
He later failed a sobriety test and was found to be over the legal blood alcohol level.
