The visit comes two days before what has turned into a competitive race between Hochul, who is seeking her first four-year term in office, and Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin.
The event is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. The location is not being released at this point.
The president has been campaigning around the country for various Democratic candidates.
This will be his third visit to the state in less than a month.
First lady Jill Biden attended a fundraiser for Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney in Mount Kisco last weekend.
