Westchester County Executive and Republican candidate for governor Rob Astorino was in Rockland County Friday to promote his plan to bring jobs back to New York.
Astorino visited small businesses in Congers and Nanuet, saying they would benefit from his plan, as it is currently difficult for small businesses to expand.
Astorino's seven-part plan includes incentives for high-tech industries and agriculture. It also allows hydraulic fracturing for natural gas and would tackle high taxes, according to the executive.
Astorino says his goal is to make New York a better place for businesses to invest.
