The Saints John and Paul church in Larchmont has purchased more than $8,000 worth of gift cards and presents to donate to 11 families in the Bronx.

The Franciscan Sisters of Renewal will be distributing the gifts to the community.

Organizers say they're hoping to make a real difference this year due to the influx of gift cards purchased. They hope to continue the program next year.
