There was a police presence on Monday at all district schools in Bedford after a threat against a local high school was posted on Snapchat.

The threat against Fox Lane High School was later determined to be not imminent. Police say they are still taking it seriously.

The family and the person who made the threat are cooperating, and that individual was not in school Monday.

School officials say students and parents who observed the post immediately alerted the school and police.
