Everett Brown is accused of killing Courtney Lewis in the parking lot of the RPM Raceway.

Brown was already facing weapons charges. In addition, he's been charged with assault for the two other victims who were injured.
Stephen Seeger, the attorney for Brown, says it's not surprising that it took police until now to charge Brown with murder because of time it takes to collect evidence, determine if there was probable cause and interview witnesses.
