A suspended Metro-North railroad employee pleaded not guilty in connection to the Capitol riot.
William Pepe, of Beacon, was arraigned in Washington D.C.
He faces several felony charges, including assault of police officers and robbery.
The 31-year-old was released on his personal recognizance.
His next hearing has been set for March 26.
