Teachers who went on strike yesterday at the Andalusia School in Yonkers were back at work today after their principal was been reinstated.
It was the Board of Trustees' decision to fire Brother Abdel Nasser Nofal that led to the walkout.
Parents supported the strike by keeping their kids out of school until Nofal was reinstated.
But with the principal back on the job, teachers and students returned.
The private school is located on Walnut Street and has nearly 300 attendees from kindergarten to 12th grade.
