An Ulster County teen is accused of strangulation and unlawful imprisonment over the weekend.
Police say Leon Kellerhouse, 19, was arrested Sunday in Saugerties.
According to police, they received a call from a third party about a dispute.
A victim was evaluated at the scene but wasn’t hospitalized, police say.
Kellerhouse is being held under his arraignment.
