Fugitive accused of defrauding Yonkers' immigrant community extradited from Washington state
yesterdayAn 18-year-old Haverstraw resident was approached and assaulted by three people on West Broad Street on Saturday night, according to police.
They say the victim suffered minor injuries.
Police charged 19-year-old Said Diaz and 18-year-old David Ramirez with attempted gang assault.
A 17-year-old was charged with attempted murder and other charges.
All three suspects are being held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility.
