Victim threatened with scissors to throat during Spring Valley robbery, three teens charged

A terrifying robbery in Spring Valley began when police say three teenagers held a pair of scissors to a victim’s throat inside a car on Main Street. Police said the robbery happened last week.
The teens stole $10 from the victim, according to police. They then tried to transfer more money using the victim’s phone but managed to get only $6.
Officers said the teens drove the victim to his home to get his bank card. Once inside, the victim called 911.
The teens were later arrested. No further details were immediately released.
