A Warwick horse farm is being investigated for alleged animal mistreatment.
A video from 2019 shows a horse allegedly being whipped and sprayed in the face while tied up.
Police say they investigated the incident at the boarding facility, but determined it was not abuse and no charges were filed.
Now, a second horse owner has come forward with similar complaints, and says her horse is malnourished and being improperly cared for by staff.
The owner of the facility denies any wrongdoing and says the latest allegations are to deflect from money owed in boarding fees.
