INGREDIENTS:

1 6lb. pork butt
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbs. dijon mustard
¼ cup BBQ seasoning
2 cups BBQ sauce
6 ea. slider buns
6 ea. bread & butter pickle chips
½ cup coleslaw

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the pork butt on a flat surface and make deep crosscuts on the top of the meat.
2. Spread the mustard all over the meat making sure it’s fully coated.
3. Sprinkle the mustard coated pork with BBQ seasoning.
4. Place the seasoned meat in an oven safe roasting pot.
5. Add the apple cider to the pot cover and cook at 300 degrees for 3 ½ hours.
6. Remove from oven and let sit at room temp for 20-30 minutes.
7. Carefully remove the pork from the pot and proceed to pull the meat apart and place in a mixing bowl.
8. Once all the meat has been pulled add the BBQ sauce and mix until all the meat is coated in sauce.
9. To assemble the sliders, place the bottoms of each slider on a flat surface. Place a generous portion of meat on each bottom. Place a pickle chip and 1 tbs. of coleslaw on each slider and top with the top potion of the bun.
