Authorities say the Woodbury Police Department has reopened following an earlier lockdown. Police say a woman brought an envelope containing a mysterious white powder into the precinct on Route 32 late this afternoon. Hazmat crews were called in as a precaution, but police now say that the substance did not pose any danger.There is no word yet on what investigators believe the substance was.
