$44.5 million heading to Orange County communities for tourism and infrastructure improvements

The City of Port Jervis will receive $10 million, while the Town of Cornwall and Cornwall on the Hudson will get $4.5 million.

Three Orange County communities are receiving a total of $44.5 million through the New York State Downtown Revitalization initiative.
The City of Port Jervis will receive $10 million, while the Town of Cornwall and Cornwall on the Hudson will get $4.5 million.
The money will be used for tourism, recreation opportunities and efforts to bring visitors to the area.
The other $30 million will go toward infrastructure improvements.
