Moviegoers will soon have to pay more for good seats.

AMC is launching a new premium pricing plan called "Sightline" that includes three tiers.

Common seats will be a standard price, bad seats - like the ones right up front -- will cost less. The best seats in the middle will cost more.

The new pricing plan rolls out in three major cities, including New York, this Friday.
