Police say that a missing Clarkstown boy is believed to be with his biological mother who lost custody of him in 2019 and has a history of mental illness.
Ezekial Wilson-Quarles, 8, was taken in front of his grandmother's house two weeks ago, and there has been no contact.
Police say they believe he is with his mother, Regina Wilson.
His grandmother, Debbie Marshall, is his legal guardian.
She says Regina Wilson called to say she would bring him back on March 22, but she never did - and now her phone is off.
Anyone with information about Ezekial’s whereabouts is asked to call Clarkstown police at 845-639-5835.
