Passengers on a private plane were detained and questioned at the Orange County Airport early Monday. Sheriff's deputies and state police were called to the airport by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to check on the aircraft that was flying erratically. The Gulfstream corporate jet took off from Dallas-Fort Worth and was headed to Orange County, where it is usually based. When the five passengers got off the plane, they were questioned by sheriff?s deputies who said there was nothing suspicious aboard the aircraft. The airport's director says the FAA wants to inspect the plane to make sure there are no mechanical problems, but he doesn't expect any penalties for the pilot.
