Potential developers are now showing interest in purchasing part, or all, of the former Mid-Orange Correctional Facility property.
The state recently shut it down due to budget cuts, and now wants to sell the facility.
The Town of Warwick though wants to gain complete control to explore other options and possibly generate tax revenue.
Several companies have already stepped forward to take a look at the site.
