Hundreds came out today to raise money to help the family of 26-year-old Terrence Drayton, who was killed in a drive-by shooting last week.
Drayton was a bouncer outside the Pit Lounge on White Plains Road when, according to police, 21-year-old Victor Mendez opened fire on him at around 4 a.m. on Dec. 4.
The event was held to raise money for Drayton's funeral and also as a toy drive for a number of organizations throughout the area.
Organizers say that this may be the first year for the toy drive but they plan on hosting another one next year.
