A 19-year-old Monsey man has been accused of repeatedly molesting a 10-year-old boy.
Authorities say Betzalal Dym sexually abused the boy in a private Ramapo home from January through May of this year. Ramapo police say they arrested Dym on July 7th after an intense two-month investigation.
Dym has been charged with sexual abuse in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child and with criminal sexual act in the first degree. He has been released on a $100,000 bail and is due back in court Thursday.
