After a two-week search, Chester police have arrested 19-year-old Richard Cooper for alleged domestic violence.
Police say Cooper is accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home in Chester last month and trying to slash her throat in front of her 1-year-old daughter.
Cops searched for Cooper since the incident, only to find him two weeks later where the crime took place, under the victim's bed.
