All lanes of the southbound I-95 have reopened after a multi-vehicle crash this morning.

Police say the a tractor-trailer jackknifed and collided with another truck and a passenger vehicle between exit 17 in Larchmont and exit 16 in New Rochelle just before 7 a.m.

They say there were minor injuries, but it is unknown who was injured at this time.

There was a fuel spill and crews cleaned up the scene by 8:15 a.m..

Traffic northbound was also backed up for miles.
