The owner of a Nyack taxi company is facing felony charges Friday in connection with a welfare fraud scheme.
Prosecutors say Angel Henriquez under reported his income for 2013 and 2014 to receive big tax refunds from the state.
He and his wife are also accused of receiving more than $25,000 in Medicaid benefits they were not entitled to.
Two of his employees were also charged.
They all face seven years in prison if convicted
