1h agoAn off-duty state trooper was arrested after a hit-and-run crash in Cortlandt.
State police say Jennifer Alvarez was driving drunk when she struck a car at a red light and drove off.
They say it happened near Route 9 on Sunday.
Police say she was driving the wrong way and hit more cars.
She has been suspended without pay and is due in court next month.
