New York Health officials confirm that the polio virus was detected in Rockland County wastewater for the first time since October.
It was a single positive result that was collected in February.
There have been no positive detections since then.
Israeli health officials say four children tested positive for the polio virus in Northern Israel.
Officials are reminding travelers to get the vaccine due to the expected increase in travel between Rockland County and Israel over Passover.
The vaccine is available by appointment at the Health Department.
