Two teens have been arrested in a deadly July shooting in Yonkers that left a third teen dead, police said.
Yonkers police said a 16-year-old and 17-year-old face charges in the July 28 shooting at an apartment complex on Highland Avenue. Their names were not released due to their ages.
Police found 16-year-old Pharrell Aguasivivas, of the Bronx, with a gunshot wound on the ground in the parking garage.
Investigators determined the two teens had been in a fight with Aguasivivas when the 16-year-old shot him once in the upper left back, police said.
Aguasivivas was pronounced dead at the scene. The two teens were arrested this week. Police did not provide additional information on what led to the deadly shooting.
