Police have arrested a White Plains radiologist, accusing him of collecting and trading child pornography. FBI officials say they arrested Alexander Mkrtchyan at his home on Oakwood Avenue earlier today. They seized computers and computing equipment from the home, where neighbors say Mkrtchyan lives with his parents. Mkrtchyan, who works at White Plains Hospital, was released on bail. One of the conditions of his release was a requirement that he avoid unsupervised contact with children, including at his job. He has been charged with one count of possessing child pornography and one count of receiving and distributing child porn. If convicted, Mkrtchyan faces a maximum of 30 years behind bars.
