Police were on the scene this morning investigating what they are calling an apparent suicide in the Town of Clarkstown.
Officers say they were notified at about 5 a.m. that a man fell or jumped from the third or fourth floor of the Palisades Center mall. The 30-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe the victim intended to take his own life. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
