State police say a Poughkeepsie woman has been indicted by a Dutchess grand jury in connection to a deadly accident last September.
They say 33-year-old Camay Price was charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving while impaired by drugs.
Price was heading eastbound on Route 44 in Pleasant Valley in the westbound lane trying to pass two other cars. She passed one, but then hit another and killed that driver according to officials.
Price was arraigned in County Court and is remanded to the county jail.
