Port Jervis parents tell News 12 that students received what appears to be moldy prepackaged muffins last week.
Last month, parents shared photos of slimy meat, moldy bread and blackened cauliflower with News 12. 
News 12 has attempted to reach out to the district but has not received a response yet.
The Orange County Health Department has not commented on the alleged incidents.
