The dedication of some road crews helped make the Monday morning commute smooth for Warwick drivers, despite snowfall.
Snowplows were out from 8 p.m. Sunday through the morning. Many workers say they didn't mind because the recent storm was nothing compared to the heavier Valentine's Day snowfall.
Now that roads are clear, officials expect them to remain clear and accident-free. They say unless temperatures drop into the single digits or teens, the slush is not likely to freeze over.
