County Executive George Latimer says it's exciting news, but there are still untapped resources available.

“We don't overcome all those barriers that an entrepreneur has to have it at the right point in time, access to finance at the right point in time, certain assistance connecting people in the proper networking way. Then all of a sudden, we have thriving businesses. And as we've had throughout the course of the good fortune of this county, a very thriving Westchester County."
