STORM WATCH: Rain, wind and thunderstorms to hit the Hudson Valley Wednesday after a cold start to the week

At first, it will just be off and on rain showers during the morning, but a line of thunderstorms will arrive after 6 p.m. with drier weather pushing in early Thursday morning.

Dress warmly today, but it is the final winter feeling day - at least for now! You will see a mix of sun and clouds today with highs near 36 degrees, but it will feel like the 20s much of the day.
It will be warmer and dry tomorrow with highs near 50 degrees before rain arrives Wednesday. At first, it will just be off and on rain showers during the morning, but a line of thunderstorms will arrive after 6 p.m. with drier weather pushing in early Thursday morning.
Other than a spotty rain or snow shower on Saturday, the rest of the next 10 days look dry with highs possibly as warm as the 60s by the middle of next week!

WEDNESDAY: STORM WATCH - Showers in the morning through mid-afternoon with some dry time mixed in. Windy with a line of thunderstorms between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Severe weather is not expected locally at this time. Highs around 55 degrees. Lows near 49 degrees.
THURSDAY: Showers end early with breaks of sun developing. Highs near 54 degrees. Lows around 31 degrees.
FRIDAY: Sun and clouds. Breezy. Highs near 46 degrees. Lows around 33 degrees. SATURDAY: Partly sunny. A couple of rain or mixed showers possible. Highs around 46 degrees. Lows near 30 degrees. SUNDAY: Sun and clouds. Highs near 40 degrees. Lows near 30 degrees.
