cream. A new study suggests ice cream is better for you than multigrain
bagels.
Researchers
at Tuft's University ranked the nutrition of different foods on a scale from
one to 100 with 100 being the best.
The study revealed a cone
with nuts and chocolate ice cream scored a 37, while a multigrain bagel with raisins
scored a 19.
