While the weather is not going to be warmer than average for good now, this week is a nice sign of things to come as we say goodbye to the month of February!

The mornings will be cold enough for winter coats, but you can get by with a lighter jacket or sweatshirt most afternoons this week.

Today, Wednesday and Friday will be the nicest days this week! Wednesday is my Pick of the Week with high temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s under a mix of sun and some clouds. Highs will be in the mid-40s for most today and Friday.

While there are no major weather impacts this week, tomorrow, Thursday and Saturday are days to keep an umbrella or rain jacket with you. Only a couple of light showers are possible tomorrow with a better chance for light rain showers Thursday afternoon and early evening. Saturday's showers can be mixed with some wet snow if the clipper system bringing those showers is far enough to the south. Right now, it looks like mostly rain showers with the bulk of that system passing to the north. This also does not look too impactful, but we will keep an eye on it through the week for you.

Next Monday looks a bit colder with high temperatures back in the 30s, but another warm-up is possible after that with dry weather expected for next Monday and Tuesday.
