Officials in Warwick and across the region are hoping for a lack of snow this winter as they continue to recover from a stormy 2011. Department of Public Works Commissioner Jeff Feagles says the town is still waiting for FEMA to deliver its promised emergency money. Between last year's blizzard, summer flooding and the October snowstorm, he says finances are thin. "There is not a whole lot of money left," Feagles says. "We are maintaining what we have to maintain right now." Residents say they are prepared for snow, but that warm temperatures are bringing only rain for now.Crews in Orange County preparing for winter weather
