Westchester DA: 3 men sentenced for narcotics possession, drug trafficking

Officers say Marco Rivera, Christian Miranda and Mark Figueroa were committing the crimes between Philadelphia and Yonkers.

The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office says three men have been sentenced for narcotics possession and interstate drug trafficking.
They say Marco Rivera, Christian Miranda and Mark Figueroa were committing the crimes between Philadelphia and Yonkers.
Rivera received a 12-year sentence and an additional sentence following a 57-count indictment for the possession of videos and images of children engaged in sexual acts. Miranda from plead guilty to operating as a major trafficker among other charges and faces nine years with five years post-release supervision.
Figueroa received six years in state prison with two years post-release supervision following his role in a drug exchange with Miranda.
