13h agoA 52-year-old Mexican national, wanted on rape and assault charges, has been extradited to Westchester County, the Westchester District Attorney's Office announced.
Prosecutors say Galo Herrera allegedly raped a girl under the age of 13 in incidents dating back to 2006.
Herrera pleaded not guilty and is currently being held in the county jail.
