Officials: Sergeant, bloodhound track down teens accused of stealing car, leading police on chase

Westchester County police say four teens were arrested and charged for stealing a car over the weekend.
They say an officer tried to stop the car but the driver wouldn't pull over. The teens later crashed on the exit ramp to I-684 northbound just outside the Westchester County Airport.
The four teens hopped out and ran off before Westchester County Police Sgt. Hicks and bloodhound Madison tracked them down.
All four teens were charged with felony criminal possession.
