Marie Fratta won a fully furnished three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in St. Augustine, Florida through HGTV's 2024 Dream Home Sweepstakes.
While some winners choose to take the $650,000 cash prize upfront, Fratta instead accepted the home and chose to put it on the market for nearly $2 million.
